Call Center Professional/Freelance Graphic Artist

I am doing graphic design since 2010 and I am earning from it. I can use this advanced knowledge in doing lay out, graphic designs, infographics and poster that can be post on social media advertising platform or even in print\s. I have worked with different companies sharing my ultimate skills in graphics by using adobe Photoshop as my main tool. I am also very much willing to learn using the Canva and other tools available.

Technical services is something we offer to our customer that will make them feel that they valued. What I can offer being a technical support representative is that we make sure that we are giving our customers the right resolution as well as a long term and permanent resolution to whatever technical concerns they might have. It is my advocacy to provide technical assistance with my customers making them sure that they wont experience the same thing.

I always believe that excellent customer service is not all about gaining customers. It is also how we make them stay with the company patronizing whatever products that we offer. Everyone has to be treated right and I always believe that the moment that a customer called us we need to give them our best shot and take care of everything. As an individual, we are not ourselves whenever we are at work. I always believed that we are creating and it is our main job to create an excellent image for the company that we work with by providing excellent service.
