I have more than 10 years of experience in customer service. I worked as an OFW in Qatar for 17 years, handling different roles that developed my communication, and customer support skills. I also have experience supporting US-based Customers responding to inquiries, orders and daily operations. I also managed a food business, where i handle customer chats, Facebook messages, orders, and inquiries on daily basis. I am responsive and focused on providing excellent customer service.
