I've been with the BPO industry for over 12 years as an inbound customer service representative for international accounts. Throughout my career, I have consistently demonstrated a commitment to excellence and passion for delivering outstanding customer service, starting as a mentor for new hires and eventually getting the chance to handle a team where I used to manage & motivate people to deliver high-quality results, fostering a collaborative work culture. 
I am well-organized, reliable, and a fast learner. I can also provide support in various data entry and encoding projects and also as a virtual administration assistant. 
I am resilient, persistent, and hardworking. I have wide experience in customer relations management, where in the previous account I handled upskilled and leveraged me to different lines of business. This includes the enrollment process (data entry), onboarding customers (welcoming committee), inbound sales, and customer retention.  I believe that learning is a never-ending process so I'm always open to new challenges and opportunities that would allow me to provide a positive contribution to my organization and my professional development.
