Profile Description

I've been in the call center industry for almost 9 years now. I worked as a Technical Service Representative of Comcast for 2 years which was hosted here in the Philippines by Teleperformance Davao. I also worked as a Style Tech of Combatant Gentlemen for 2 years. I handled inbound phone calls for 2 years and 1 year of doing email jobs. Worked as a billing and sales agent for almost 2 years under ATT of IBEX Company here in the Philippines and lastly worked as an online logistics representative for 1 year under Truckflex. I have worked on lots of different technical issues with TV cable, Internet, and phone. I also responded to the customers who needed assistance in terms of suits, shirts, tuxedos, toe caps, and other suit-related items. I have also assisted customers with their bills and sold products to customers specifically cellphones from ATT company. I will work hard and efficiently to resolve the tasks that are given to me. I want a long-term and stable job where I can help the business grow and be successful
