Profile Description

While completing my studies in Information Technology, I worked full-time at KFC Freemont Food Corporation for almost one year. My responsibilities in this role are to provide customer service and assistance plus Upgrade to see actual infot only that, but I also worked full-time as an admin staff at Socsksargen County Hospital for one year. My responsibilities in this role are to provide customer service, virtual assistance, maintenance of hospital information and management system, administrator and hardware/software maintenance. 

I work for 2 years with Alorica(T-mobile) with a position of Customer Service Representative who handles customers complain about their mobile usability. Ethier with the financial problem, technical difficulties, saving the customer from canceling their service and selling the companies products. 
I am currently working as a Technical Support Specialist with Dash10(Zeald) base in New Zealand who handles clients complain about their website. As you can see, we have our own Platform which we call Zest where we troubleshoot problems with the website. Also, we offer the Wordpress platform, Magento, Triple dash.
