I have a total of 8 years of work experience focused on the HR industry.
I graduated Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Human Resource Development Management as Cum Laude at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines last 2015.

I also received two awards - Employee of the Year and Attendance and Punctuality Award in the first year of working.
After being promoted, I was transferred to our holdings company with the position of HR and Recruitment Manager. This is more of a shared service and my customers are our internal business units. My relevant contribution in this role was to start an onboarding process where all newly hired are properly trained. I was also a certified trainer for service crews at that time.
After 2 years, I was transferred to another business unit with the role of Recruitment and Operations Manager. We streamlined the operations, particularly in the onboarding process - submission of 201 files about compliance. I also helped the recruitment team craft or discover other recruitment strategies.
On January 2020, I became a Business Consultant in a multinational outsourced staffing company where I handled numerous global clients, Indian expatriates, and local and international consultants. My role was focused on timekeeping, employee relations, account management, and operations. I was also awarded Employee of the Second Quarter. By July of the same year, I finished my Diploma in Industrial Relations at the University of the Philippines, Diliman Quezon City.
By July of the same year, I finished my Diploma in Industrial Relations at the University of the Philippines, Diliman Upgrade to see actual info January 2021, I became an Instructional Designer with a global engineering and technology company with headquarters in St. Louis, Upgrade to see actual info this position, I created intuitive module designs and make the learning materials come to life. I also administered Oracle Learn to enroll trainees, extract BI reports, and other technical side of the platform.
By December of the same year, I was transferred to another department with the position of HR Specialist for the Asia Pacific Upgrade to see actual info this position, I did HR Business partnering with the local HRs within the region and liaising with the functional managers in terms of talent acquisition, learning and development, performance management, employee relations, talent review, and org review. The majority of my tasks also involved global projects and initiatives where I collaborated with my global HR counterparts from the North American region, EMEA, and LATAM. Projects that I worked on globally are Change Management, Internship, Mentoring, Pay and Benefits Review, etc.
I have now fully embraced the freelancing career with 1 client on Upwork and on the side, I work as a Licensed Financial Advisor and Accredited Health Benefit Agent which are both commission-based. I am also a fan of social media and doing TikTok content creation and TikTok Affiliate Marketing.
My fulfillment comes from helping and serving people. To make a difference in their lives through constant communication and resolving their complaints and providing relevant solutions.
