Certified Public Accountant

As an Accountant, I maintained the company's billing system. I make sure that at invoices and account statement are correct before sending them. I perform monthly account receivables reconciliations. I also make sure that all funds received were properly recorded in our accounting system and that official receipts are properly issued.

I am responsible for checking & approving of all the vouchers and checks prepared by the finance clerk. I maintain and generate monthly accounts payable reports.

I prepared the monthly and annual financial reports in our company. The reports that I generate are submitted to Rome annually. I also assist in the preparation of the annual audit which is mandated by our national government. I also make sure that our company is complying with all regulations, policies and procedures mandated by the government.

I am preparing all bank reconciliations in our company. I make sure that all receipts and disbursements are properly recorded. I also prepares all the journal entries necessary to reconcile each bank accounts to our books of accounts. I also make sure that all gains and losses in all our investments both locally and internationally were properly recorded.
