Profile Description

My name is Angie and I have over 10 years of experience working in the BPO Industry as Technical Support Specialist and Complaint Manager

Technical Support Specialist. 
My first experience was working for an Australian Telecommunication Company as Technical Support Specialist where I assisted customer with technical issue related to their home phone. I've been working as Technical Support for 3 years. 
I was eventually promoted as Complaint Case Manager. My main task is to address customer complaint and provide resolution related to billing, connection, and technical issue. I've been working as Complaint Case Manager for 7 years now.

While working as Customer Service Representative in BPO, I also do a part time job in one of the largest insurance companies as licensed Financial Advisor where I do financial planning for client and product presentation. 

Graphic Artist
I also worked as Graphic Artist for 5 years and my main task is to create a photobook layout for events such as birthday, wedding, christening and travels.
 
I would describe myself as resourceful, customer-focused, flexible, and someone who will go out of their way to deliver exceptional service.
