Profile Description

A hard working person that aims to give A+ customer service experience. I was a former supervisor of Expedia.com. I take escalation calls and do most processes. A certified account manager with high level of organizational skills. Equipped with excellent communication skills both written and oral, my aim is to take the lead.
I have broad experience when it comes to customer service either voice or non voice. I am proficient in using Zendesk, Freshdesk, Zoopim and other platforms that are similar. I also have extreme knowledge of ecommerce business such as Ebay, Amazon, Shopify and dropshipping. My goal is to enhance my skills and will share good practices from my experiences in this line of business.
