Virtual Assistant - Social Media

With this skill, I didn’t work on this such kind of field yet but I know how to create content, you need to know what your audience wants, what your competitors are doing, and what your goals are. since I’ve used lot of platforms/social media for more that 10yrs. I know how be able to use video skills, such as filming, editing, lighting, sound, and animation, to create high-quality and captivating videos for your content.

Aside from handling calls I have another task to communicate and provide assistance to company customers via email. Key responsibilities for this role include developing customer relationships, solving customer issues, promoting products and services, maintaining their job knowledge, reporting to supervisors, and forwarding unresolved queries to specialists.

Being a CSR I make sure not just to provide the right answer to their questions but rather to satisfy them based on their needs and preferences. Able to managed difficult situations especially to the irate customers, be an active listener, have empathy and know how to solve the problem and communicate.

Being part of BPO industry I have knowledge on how credit report works (such as credit score, credit limit etc) since our account is Australia based. I do have a prior skills and knowledge on this field.
