I’ve worked on large-scale projects such as Changi Airport T3 and Ng Teng Fong General Hospital, specializing in drawings, design, and on-site coordination. I’m highly proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and producing accurate construction documentation. And lately for the past 2+ years concentrated on housing projects particularly Australian and American projects. I just recently completed a 4 houses projects for Australian drawing Agency working with local Architects in Victoria, Melbourne and Canberra. Prepare and Coordination of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Shop Drawings (M&E) Prepare and check Drawings for Tech. Meeting Check sub-con Shop drawings and conduct Coordination meeting on design issues.

I did follow the protocol of Real Estate Manager on this work as previously planned and agreed upon by the company handling the Condominium

I did a costing review and comparison to specifications, contract drawings and actual sub-con drawings. To find out discrepancy and outright performed corrective measure to balanced the costing.
