I was responsible for managing overdue accounts, which involved communicating with clients, negotiating payment plans, and resolving any discrepancies.Currently, as a supervisor, I oversee the daily operations of our team, ensuring that we deliver the highest standards of service to our clients. This role has allowed me to develop strong leadership skills, strategic planning abilities, and a deep understanding of non-life insurance industry's Upgrade to see actual info summary, my seven years of experience in the Non-life insurance industry has equipped me with a broad range of skills, including financial management, customer service, negotiation, leadership, and strategic planning.
