As a Healthcare Service Provider, I do provide eligibility information of the member, (checking policy is active or inactive), provide benefit coverage (checking the copay, coinsurance, deductible, ant out of pocket maximum of the service), provide claim status (checking claim is paid or denied and checking the denial reason of the claim), provide authorization status (checking if the procedure codes is approved or denied, how many units is approved and the clinical notes ), scheduling interpreter appointment, and lastly is providing claims appeal status.
