Profile Description

I'm a senior level customer service representative/ technical support with 5 years of experience mostly doing live chat for Apple and I also have various experiences with data entry and management tasks for other BPOs for several years for accounts related to an ecommerce website and real estate insurance. 

I am well versed on supporting different lines of businesses whether it be customer accounts, refunds/returns, billing disputes, subscriptions, technical issues for both hardware/software, escalations, application troubleshooting, media content, etc. which has equipped me with a versatile skill set and the ability to adapt to different project requirements.

I'm confident on my ability to learn things fast and I'm also mature team worker, so I adapt well on any challenging situation and use it as an opportunity to develop. I'm very comfortable on working and learning without any direct supervision.
