Profile Description

I have been in the BPO industry since 2014 and recently did Appointment Setting as my first VA experience. Skills related to websites/tools navigation, customers service, answering queries , troubleshooting, data entry, outbound calls, chatting, emails, and a lot more, have been developed throughout the years. This long experience has made me an expert on phone calls, which enables me to handle customers on every type or vibe of the conversation. I can manage a conversation with irate and persistent customers and come up with win-win resolution that would satisfy the callers, without compromising the the business procedures and processes.
I have been known as fast learner agent. I take everything on trainings and make sure I don't miss anything I need to learn and understand. I worked well with my collogues. I take feedbacks as additional knowledge and make sure to have it applied on my next calls. I am so honest specially on process related stuff as I always look forward to making no mistakes, under the understanding that every mistake might impact the business. I always focus on details. I always make sure to make decisions according to the what is agreed by the upper management, specially on procedural cases. My goal is to always provide excellent service for the business as I consider myself as an ambassador.
