Profile Description

Dedicated and detail-oriented Staff Accountant with over 5 years of experience. I have more than two years work experience with the US based clients as Staff Accountant and Bank Reconciler performing bookkeeping services. I am skilled in handling Accounts Payable, processing of payments, maintaining vendor list, preparing expense reports, creating journal entries, performing cash and credit card reconciliations, and providing support to the Finance team during audit season to ensure accuracy and compliance with company regulations. For three years, I previously worked as Company Secretary, Executive Assistant, and Office Clerk for different companies locally. I am familiar with US GAAP and with the use of accounting tools and systems such as SAP, Sage Intacct with AP Automation, ConnectWise, Nexonia, Total Reconciliation System, Xero application, and Quickbooks online.

My technical skills include but not limited to the following:
Microsoft 365: Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook, Teams, 
Payment channels: Bank of America (Cashpro), CorPay, ePay,
Cloud storage: Dropbox, Google drive
