Aside from that, i have 2 yrs experience as a fraud analyst, i monitor and analyze transactions to detect and prevent fraudulent activities. I also Investigate suspicious activities and take appropriate actions, such as blocking transactions or accounts, identify fraud trends and recommend process improvements to enhance fraud detection and prevention. I was also a receptionist and a billing clerk in a Physical and Occupational Therapy Facility in a hospital, i answer phone calls, manage appointment schedules, preparing and issuing invoices and processing payments and ensuring accurate billing records.
