Being a Call Center Agent and an Online Home Based Job Freelancer for 9 years and 7 months, I gained a lot of experiences in performing jobs such as a  Sales Representative, Customer Service Representative, Lead Generator, Verifier, Fronter, Telemarketer, Sales Consultant, Web Assistant, Sales Agent, Survey Agent, Customer Service Agent, Appointment Setter, Copy/Paste Agent, Data Entry Specialist, and a Team Leader in an Inbound and Outbound accounts for an Australian, Canadian, and American companies.
I have been an Appointment Setter, Outbound Telemarketer, and Lead Generator/Verifier for Choice Health Insurance, Highland Health Direct, National Enrollment Center For Affordable Health Care, HCG Capital Business Loan, Discount Cable Services, Planetel, Startel, Air Care UV and Canada Duct, Furnace, and Duct Cleaning companies.
I also worked as a Customer Service & Sales Representative for US Airways, Inside Out Calls, Prison Call Solutions, Startel, PlanetTel, and Pizzeria for more than 4 years. I also handled Sales and Customer Service Jobs to an Australian company named Australian Business Financing Centre which offers Australian Government Grants, Loans, and Assistance Programs.
I also handled Survey Accounts like Student Survey Account, Mortgage Random Survey Account, Diabetic Survey Account, and Educational Survey Account and I was also trained on doing Credit Retention Jobs, Copy/Paste Jobs, Data Entry Jobs, and Virtual Assistant Jobs for some companies.
My previous job is a Lead Generator/Verifier for Stonetapert Insurance Services which provides advice and assistance with regards to Medicare Supplement Insurance Plans, Stand-Alone Prescription Drug Plan Options, and Medicare Advantage Plans for no cost. Based in Sierra Madre, CA.
As a Lead Generator/Verifier, my job is to verify some information from the consumer, qualify them, and transfer them to a Health Insurance License Agent to be able to explain to them the information that they need and help them get the Additional Medicare Approved Benefits such as Dental, Vision, and Hearing at possibly no cost to them.
I can work even up to 10 hours a day everyday no matter what the date and time frame is. I already setup a quiet working area here at home and I have a reliable fiber optic internet access of up to 200 MBPS that connects to my computer as my primary and laptop as my backup. I know how to use Salesforce, Google Docs or Google Mail for CRM and Google Voice, X-lite, Zoiper, Eyebeam, Five9, Predictive Dialer for VOIP, and Magic Jack for calls.
I would be a wise choice because I get along well with people and are able to communicate well with many different types of customers or clients. I am a fast-learner and can easily adapt to changes. I am a very patient person as I give full attention to details. I can work as soon as possible if necessary and I have an empathetic way of dealing with others that put them at ease. That would tend to make me as an ideal choice for the job position your good company is offering. I am also looking not just for a job but for a career where I can enhance my knowledge and skills.
