Functions:
A. Scope of Responsibility:
Directly responsible for the overall management of Bancassurance business of below branch under South Metro Manila. PNB Bangko Sentral Service Unit Branch.
B. Duties and Responsiblities:
Management of Bancassuranc Business
1. Assist the Bancassurance Section Head/Department Head in the formulation and recommendation of plans and programs to optimize the Bancassurance business.
2. Promote products and services of the company.
3. Conduct product training and orientations to PNB Metro Manila
Branches.
4. Execute the marketing program and activities of the Company.
5. Building Relationship
a. Regularly conduct visitation to PNB Branches.
b. Regularly attend cluster meetings.
Marketing Gross Premiume Written Budget and Attainment.
A. Generating New Business
Assist PNB Branch Personnel in the solicitation and development of nee business accounts in order to attain the mandated production target of the branches.
B. Monitoring Renewal Business
Ensure all renewal notices / quotes are sent at leas 45 days prior th expiry.
Monitoring of Production Performance
Assists the Bancassurance Section Head / Department Hed in the preparation and analysis of monthly production performance of the area per branch and monitor the performance to ensure that profitable stature is maintained.
Collections and Float Items
Ensure that all issued policies have payment or with approved paymen arrangement.
