I have four years of experience handling office administration and human resource management. Under my supervision, my previous company, JTD Accounting Firm, has transitioned from manual procedures to streamlined, automated processes. This has significantly increased work productivity and eased turnover. 

My most recent experience as a Customer Care Team Lead in a health and wellness company manifested my skills as a copywriter. The only acceptable approach to writing in the field of E-Commerce is clear and effective Upgrade to see actual info one needs too many words to reach a resolution! 

Of course, copywriting became second nature after that. For about two years now, I've been crafting product descriptions that can turn any clunky copper into a Upgrade to see actual infoe on, let's not pretend all products are good. But my product descriptions? They're the force that will keep your customers awake at night, itching to get that product, stat!
