As a Customer Service Agent, my primary role was to ensure that every customer felt heard, valued, and satisfied. I handled customer queries, solved their problems, and ensured they had a smooth experience. In this role, I learned the importance of patience, empathy, and effective communication. It was rewarding to see customers happy and satisfied with our services.
As a Subject Matter Expert, I was responsible for training new employees, providing solutions to complex issues, and contributing to the improvement of our services. This role taught me leadership, problem-solving, and the ability to handle pressure. It was fulfilling to see my contributions making a difference in our organization. Both roles have shaped me into a better professional and individual. They've taught me the value of customer satisfaction, teamwork, and constant learning.
