I finished Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering, as well as an associate degree of ElectroMechanical Technology. I have acquainted myself with a range of skills that would allow me to blend with your firm.

Able to motivate and communicate peers to achieve planned goals, strong analytical skills in problem solving and decision making.
My strengths include being able to work well with various personalities, communicate with people of different ranks, and adapt to new environments with a creative and resourceful attitude.
However, I am willing to undergo any training to carry out the tasks that the job may require. In addition, I am very detail oriented and persistent.
Currently, I am working as a Digital Content Officer, where I make sure that all promotional content and product catalog across all digital assets are accurate. I am also responsible for the day-to-day execution of new product catalogues, at the same time a subject matter expert for the online catalogue content. I develop, improve, and automate processes for sourcing of content, photography, and management of content promotions. Also, I upload new product information to branded and retailer websites in reference to multiple sources of information and collate for entry for each product. As a Digital Content Officer, I manage and organize all the assets,
execute daily requests, updates, and changes.
Representing all the original content – validate against asset/brand guidelines and strategy. Checking accuracy and integrity of source data and online presentation of content. I track content and the progress of work on promotional and core items.
Being top of my game and track all the product flow and monitoring the upcoming product launches. Creating a process for staging checks with team (Digital, product, brand, and content team). Providing visibility of completed product uploads prioritized by launched date, backlog, and pipeline prioritization. I also provide support on ad-hoc activities when required by the digital team during peak campaign periods.
As a Software Operations Specialist, I am responsible for the profitability of the software quotes for PS in all types of deals. Creates software solutions and services quotes. I am a first level approver for quotes in Experlogix. I also support the PS sales team and Account managers in their requests for specific target prices in the discussion with pricing to explain what the global business case and an approver in Experlogix quotes for software when special discount does not require approval from the Pricing Team.
I also purchase 3rd party software using Ariba and any other parts required from external suppliers to support the PS team.
As a Content Moderator, I am responsible for reviewing the reported content within the agreed turnaround time accurately and empathically to determine if it meets community standards. Also, I enforce social media terms of use by carefully monitoring reports of abuse on the site. Investigating and resolving contents that are reported such as requests for account support and reports of potentially abusive content. Remain knowledgeable about leading social media products and community standards. Escalate issues that are outside the company policy; must display a strong bias for doing what’s right for the community in supporting the community guidelines.
As a Data Entry Specialist, I am responsible for verification of posted jobs on the job site using the appropriate tool. Performing a thorough job search to make sure that job is active on the job site. Also, responsible in manual posting of jobs in the job site with the provided job information.
