Customer Service Representative/Administrative Assistant

Im an Admin Assistant for 4 years and part of that is receiving calls and also do the outbound for making a follow up from the job orders.

I pride myself on being a well-rounded administrative assistant. I have experience interacting and communicating with other employees and colleagues daily, taking care of various tasks on their behalf or providing them with resources and information. I'm also confident in managing large project schedules and handling communications internally and externally.

Data analysis, reporting and optimization are most of the factors that I experience as a Marketing Analytics. I really enjoyed having this skills.

It helps to sell products or services, raise awareness, and increase traffic to your website. Doing this as part of your skills is a must and it add to your knowledge to do more as a Virtual Assistant.
