Profile Description

I am a hubspot, salesforce, hootsuite trained specialist with 4 years as Marketing and communications analyst supporting Marketing and communications, Sales and Inside Sales. I also have an extensive knowledge in Lead Generation and business development as I have worked as a Solutions Strategy Market Development Specialist for 5 solid years. Prior to that, I am a Market Research analyst for a computer database company and I also worked as a Customer support representative supporting North American customers. 
I have an extensive Customer Service knowledge which has enabled me to help and assist our global marketing and communications team, sales and inside sales team. I am also Capable of supporting multiple projects with competing priorities allowing for an efficient use of time and resources. In addition, I am always a team player as well as having the ability to be a self-starter and work independently. During the course of time, I have acquired some leadership skills by being the Primary contact for management in sending assignments and managing the distribution of the responsibilities to a small team of four individuals with a unique task within the company.
Acting as an executive assistant to VPs and Directors allowed me to easily multi task and bring order to daily tasks and calendar management. My Hubspot and salesforce knowledge and experience are my CRM advantage in nurturing and qualifying leads. Lastly my Writing skills allowed me to create blog posts for inbound marketing campaigns.
