As for my recent job, I was promoted from Front Office Associate to Supervisory position in TrYp by Wyndham. I've been with the company for a total of 1 year and 9 months. My passion has always been inclined with customer service industry, which makes all my experiences related to it but in different fields. Before I got in to my recent company, I was a former customer service representative in Synchrony, handling customer disputes with their financial statements. Filing & doing all the documentations needed to process the dispute & forward it to the other concerned departments. Been with Synchrony for 1 year and 6 months. With all that being said, there is still a lot more I can share if given a chance for the awaiting opportunities that we can discuss further more.
