I have a current job as a Property Administrator since December 2022. I work from 8am to 5pm (8hours/day) Monday to Saturday (6days/week) here in the Philippines. I manage a private village that has 40 to 60 townhouse unit together with homeowners and tenant where I handle there billings every month such as rental, association dues, amortization dues, water, electricity, parking fee, miscellaneous and others. I also handle workers that helps me to improve our services to the people of the village and to secure that they are safe within the perimeter.
My previous jobs are;
Accounting/Admin Staff - for 10years I am handling daily inventory of 10 to 15salesman (motorized salesman /extruck salesman) and giving them the statement of their sales and returned goods that are needed to be balance. Also I handle account recievable of 3 booking salesman. As
an Admin Staff I manage all the vehicle service of our branch such as motorcab, 4wheelers and 6wheelers truck from OR/CR to repairs. And to provide all the necessity that our needed of the branch.
I work also to a Janitorial Agency as a Supervisor and more like all I do are to handle the inventory of our stocks and to check and balance, and processing our billing to our client.
I am looking forward to work at home so I can do more life balance that I really want right now since I already work at age of 16years old, always travelling to go at work. I want a life changing that can enjoy work while I'm at home.
