A Customer Service Representative is an individual who handles inquiries, provides assistance, and resolves issues for customers over the phone, email, or chat. Telemarketing involves using the telephone as a medium to promote products or services, generate leads, or conduct market research. Their goal is to generate interest, qualify leads, and potentially convert them into sales. In this portfolio, I used Vocaroo to record my telemarketing example.

Using Google Mail I can sort emails by adding folders, adding labels, and organizing tasks. By managing emails, the Eisenhower Decision Matrix must be applied and respond to important and urgent matters. So by reviewing all of the emails, I can segregate them and put them into the respective labels or sub-labels for a more organized and productive daily life. Creating a task is very important for me to be notified, and I can do this by generating a task and adding the title, description, date, and time. I am also able to create a vacation response when I am on a day off by composing an email stating I will get back to the sender on my next working schedule, and setting the specific date. The goal is to streamline communication, save time, and stay organized amidst the influx of messages.

Using Google Drive I can manage files by creating folders, using stars, adding colors, renaming the file, and uploading files. Sharing the file is easier for the viewer by choosing the share button. Lead Generation is the process of identifying and attracting potential customers or "leads" who have shown an interest in a product or service offered by a business. The goal is to turn these potential leads into actual customers. All size of businesses needs to have this to fill the sales funnel with prospects who are more likely to be converted into paying customers. Using the Google Sheet, I can track the leads by their Company name, CEO, email, phone numbers, websites, and date when I added them. Looking for leads can be a bit hard sometimes so it is important to use Google, Zoom Info, Google Maps, and social media platforms such as Facebook, and LinkedIn.

General Transcription is a process of converting audio or video recordings of market research, podcasts, and webinars into text using the right equipment such as an ergonomic chair, Grammarly, WinZip, audio and video converter, Fx sound enhancer, and most importantly specialized software such as oTranscribe, Express Scibe, Auris AI, and Transcribe. We can also use Google Voice as long as the recording is clear. During the process of transcribing, it is very important to be keen on details to correct the capitalization, spelling, spaces, grammar, and punctuation marks, and research the inaudibles.

Using Google Calendar, I can organize and schedule events, appointments, and other commitments in a way that optimizes efficiency and productivity. I can also set up an appointment to contact potential customers and schedule an appointment for them to meet with a sales representative providing them with the invitation link or details of the meeting via Zoom/Google Meet. During the meetings, I use Notes and Google Voice to create the minutes of the meeting. The goal is to stay organized, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage time efficiently to ensure that commitments are met and deadlines are adhered to.

Online bookkeeping involves managing a company's financial records and transactions. Using QuickBooks Online, I can add deposits, add expenses, add suppliers and customers, and track deposits and expenses.

Email marketing is a highly effective digital marketing strategy to convert prospects into customers turning them into loyal, raving fans. In this portfolio, I created an Email marketing segment and Marketing Email scheduled to be sent on a specific date using Flodesk. The goal of email marketing is to nurture relationships with subscribers, increase brand awareness, drive sales, and encourage customer loyalty through personalized and targeted communication delivered directly to their inbox.

Social media for business refers to using social networking platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others to promote products or services, engage with customers, and build brand awareness. To create scheduled content, I used Canva to design my post. I was also able to create a Content Calendar for a sequenced posting on my Google Sheet for the approval of the client. Automated messages also help the client to be connected to possible or existing customers, making them feel that we are active in helping them cater to their needs. The goal of social media for business is to increase brand visibility, drive website traffic, generate leads, and ultimately, boost sales and customer loyalty through effective online communication and engagement.

Facebook Ads is an advertising platform provided by Facebook that allows businesses to create and display ads to targeted audiences on the Facebook platform and its affiliated services like Instagram. It involves creating visually appealing ad content, selecting specific targeting criteria such as demographics, interests, and behaviors, setting a budget and schedule, and monitoring ad performance through analytics. I created a Facebook Ad using Canva. To create Ads, we have to create a Campaign, an Ad set, and then the Ad. We can boost the Ad as well. The goal of Facebook Ads is to reach potential customers, drive traffic to a website, increase brand awareness, and ultimately, generate leads or sales for businesses by leveraging the vast user base and targeting capabilities of Facebook's platform.

I used SEOQuake as a chrome plugin to assess the website. The goal of SEO is to increase the likelihood that a website will appear higher in search results for relevant queries, thereby driving more targeted traffic and potential customers to the site.
