I, often known as Cathy among friends, hails from Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental, where my fascination with the natural world sparked an early interest in geology. I pursued my academic journey at Negros Oriental State University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Geology. During my time at university, my curiosity led me to explore various facets of geoscience, gaining valuable field experience and honing my analytical skills.
Upon completing my degree, I embarked on my professional journey. My first foray into the professional world was as a Data Technician at Straive. In this position, I demonstrated exceptional attention to detail and a keen analytical mindset, contributing significantly to data management and analysis processes.
Building on my early success, I transitioned into the realm of customer support. Joining Smiles, a dynamic company known for its commitment to customer satisfaction, I took on the role of an Email Support Representative. In this capacity, I excelled in communicating effectively with customers, addressing their inquiries with professionalism and a customer-centric approach. My ability to navigate complex issues and provide timely solutions earned my recognition for my contributions to the team.
Now at the age of 29, I continues to seek new challenges and opportunities for professional growth. My dual expertise in data technician and customer support reflects my versatile skill set and adaptability.
