I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science and Business Administration major in Supply Management.

A highly motivated Project Coordinator with 1 year of experience in assisting Project Manager's major tasks. Some of the tasks but is not limited to subcontractor POs (raising a Purchase Order Requisition), payment to subcontractors (receipt of PO), extract reports for expenses for projects, etc. Also, I am working with the PMO to develop the requirements needed from internal groups (Procurement) and communicating with those internal groups to ensure requirements are being met. Tracking shipment of equipment and uploading proof of deliveries in Smartsheet. Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed, and stored. Assist with all internal and external audit requests.

Also, I have experience in order processing and logistics for more than 2 years. Some of my tasks were receiving order information from the customer/engineer and validates details in the system tools through emails and calls. Process orders in Oracle promptly with 100?curacy. Enter all order information in the Smartsheet tracker by accurately utilizing the features. Notify back-order parts to the planning team. Appropriate selection of shipping methods in accordance with order priority??Track and monitor the parts shipment and provide complete and precise shipping information (MNX, FedEx, ARCBEST, XPO, etc.)
