My most recent experience has been handling incoming calls in the high-tech industry. I worked for one year in a half as a call center agent. In my customer service experience, I've consistently prioritized customer satisfaction by actively listening to their needs, resolving issues promptly, and providing clear, concise information.
I can describe myself that I have a positive attitude towards work. I can do multi-tasking and I love dealing with customers. I am detail-oriented and self-reliant. I always make sure to finish tasks once I start. I’m reliable and able to work under pressure. So, that’s why when theirs a task given to me. I’m not just doing my best but always better than my best.
