Working in a call center can be very challenging because you deal with many types of customers. Some may be rude, use profanity, or raise their voice as soon as the call starts. Since one of the most important skills in customer service is being empathetic and professional, we let them express their frustrations, listen to their story, and respond with understanding.

Microsoft tools have been an essential part of my daily life, and I’ve been using MS Word consistently to support my studies, job searches, and professional work, helping me stay organized, efficient, and productive.

I am confident in my ability to understand and converse in English. While I may occasionally stutter, I quickly adapt after a few days of working or once I’m familiar with the environment and processes. Since I am not currently working in a voice-based role, my spoken communication skills may need a brief adjustment period, but I am fully capable of improving and performing effectively once I settle in.

I applied this skill during my internship while conducting research for our thesis study. We observed the company's processes, identifying and addressing idle times, repetitive motions, unnecessary movements, and other forms of waste within the workflow.
