Profile Description

I have 8 years of experience in customer support. 3 in the BPO and 5 years as a freelancer. I handled customers via email, phone, and live chat at the same time hence, I'm productive, able to multitask, and get the job done.
My main strength in customer support is that Upgrade to see actual infot just simply solving the customer's concern but also doing what is beyond my customer's expectations and making sure that before I end every call or close every ticket, all the customer's concerns are solved.
