Customer Service Representative & Sales Agent

Previously a call center agent before. Phone support runs in my blood. It is the MAIN tool that I use in able for us to be connected to our clients.

Growing up reading almanacs, encyclopedias, and comics. English language is not new for me. To be honest, I am more fluent reading English than my own dialect (Tagalog). Worked at a call center firm for almost 2 years. I have mastered speaking to the client's without hesitation, practice, and doubts. I can construct my phrase or sentence real-time.

Customer Service Employee for almost 2 years. Handled and assisted clients. Providing options and solutions while maintaining great customer service.

Started learning photoshop on my old laptop way back year 2018. I taught myself how to manipulate images, apply camera raw filters, create thumbnails, shirt designs, graphic design, and more.

Worked at a known bank at United States known as Truist. I have mastered the client's everyday concerns and inquiry such as their balances, withdrawals, deposits, refunds, fees, and more. Maximized client's satisfaction by resolving issues promptly.

Born at a household that has a family computer. I have a knowledge on computers. 2018 was the year I have owned a personal laptop, worked myself up to have a decent gaming laptop year 2019 until I have maximized my savings and invested to a mid-range PC

What can I say? Owning a personal computer and working for nearly 2 years at a voice support Call center. Typing runs in my blood as well. I can type 45-50 WPM especially on my personal mechanic keyboard

Growing up watching Youtube and using photoshop. I can say that thumbnail creation is the most easiest thing that I can do. Thumbnails draws attention to viewers and audience, means to say that. Creativity is on the thumbnail it self

Just a self taught kid who has an interest making skits, film, short trailers, and more. Started Year 2018, on my old laptop, I was the one who's always assigned on editing videos and shooting videos as well for our school projects. Eventually, it has become my hobby and stress reliever as well. I can do basic editing such as, slideshows, short film with minor green screen effects, transitions , and more!

Emailing is not new for me. It is one of our tools especially outlook when it comes to our daily task as a Customer service representative.
