I’m a registered nutritionist-dietitian in the Philippines with expertise in dietary assessments and personalized meal planning . Moreover, as a former Public Relations Officer and Secretary in our department’s organization in college, my skills in multi-tasking, can work in an under pressure environment, having a time management and communication skills was honed which made me ready to contribute holistic wellness and effective communication to any professional setting.

I had an experience in handling and responding to queries through email and social platform and making visual aids for postings. therefore, I am ready to accept gigs that demand innovative ideas on making visually appealing PowerPoint presentations, infographics for social media, blog content, and advertisements.
