- Designing and executing effective orientation programs to acclimate new employees to the company culture.
- Managing the onboarding process to facilitate a smooth transition for new hires into their roles.
- Ensuring a standard process for offboarding, including clearance, exit interviews, issuing COEs, Quit Claims, and ITRs.
- Addressing employee concerns regarding salary disputes, loans, HMO, procurement requests, schedules, and HRIS assistance.
- Collaborating with operational managers and team leads to understand specific team needs, such as salary adjustments, iUpgrade to see actual info reports, equipment failure, intermittent connections, etc.
- Aligning Employee and Labor Relations (ELR), Compensation and Benefits (C&B), Wellness, and other HR functions with the goals of the specific business vertical.
- Handling inquiries related to HR policies and processes and providing timely and accurate information.
- Collaborating with departmental leaders to understand their HR needs and challenges.
- Providing HR support and guidance to department heads in areas such as talent management, employee engagement, and employee relations.
- Conducting payroll processes using HRIS (tHRead) and computation of allowances.
- Expertise in managing and handling HRIS (tHRead) inquiries, including tagging employee loans, payroll processing, shift schedules, daily attendance tracking, analytics and reports, benefits administration, and employee information management.
