I'm Almari, an Executive Virtual Assistant with 2 years of remote experience supporting a US-based executive. My work goes beyond the usual admin tasks. I manage calendars, handle inbox management, coordinate DocuSign contracts, run LinkedIn outreach campaigns, and take care of personal errands like finding the best flight deals, negotiating corporate hotel rates, sourcing gift cards, and researching restaurants. Before going remote, I spent 7+ years in the Philippine banking industry. My last role included Co-Signer responsibilities where I had signatory authority over branch transactions.
