* Review of Sales Invoice, Delivery Receipt,Summary of payment, Stencils, Insurance , I.D and other documents needed indicated to PO or credit advice.
*Preparing summary of transaction and its Payment.
*Seeking gatepass approval of superiors.
*Uploading of Signed Gatepass Form to shared folder.
*Follow up client for latest update of the floating invoices in AR.

*Follow up Cashier for Paid accounts for posting. 

*Follow up Accounting for Paid accounts for posting / adjustment. 

*Preparing Transmittal of Billing Statement. 

* Monitoring of status of payment. 

*Updating of DI and Ins Production Monitoring.

*Updating of Sold Units Monitoring.

*Submission of validated accounts with complete payment to DSO and AP Accounting.

*Corporate Docs From DSO for checking and submission to client.
