Profile Description

I am a Certified Tax Technian and has an eligibility in Basic Local Treasury here in the Philippines .  Also, I am a holder of Bookkeeping NC III, a Xero advisor certified and Quickbook proadvisor certified. I have been working in the Department of Education,Finance and Accounting section for almost 6 years. Below are some of the of things I usually do:
1. Handling and processing List of Due and Demandable Payables for downloading of funds to respective schools savings accounts.
2. Preparing Disbursement Vouchers, Cash Disbursement Registers, and liquidation reports.
3. Preparing Journal Entry vouchers by identifying accounts for credit and debit.
4. Processing of requests for salary payments of new employees and substitutes and preparing transmittal of complete documents to the Regional Payroll Services Unit.
5. Daily Recording of Summary of tax per supplier.
6. Manual encoding of taxes to the monitoring of government remittances
7. Processing and remittance of taxes to the Bureau of Internal Revenue through EFPS.
8. Encoding of Journal Entry Vouchers to the EFRS
