Virtual Assistant

I have been using Microsoft Office since college and I rated this 5 over 5 because I know well how to navigate this application.

I have been using Google docs for document editing and converting.

I have my own personal blog site that I update every once in a while. I am familiar with editing and writing and customizing my WordPress website. I'll be glad to share my site, however I wasn't able to convert is to professional use. Here's the link: butterflieswrite.wordpress.com

I rated this as 4 over 5 since I was assigned to adding prospects to the system. While it may seem easy, looking for legitimate and useful information is not. I used to dive deeper into researching and collecting prospects' data and reach out to the contact information I gathered. If incorrect, I would have to keep searching for the right one to input into the system. I used their websites, email, and mobile or telephone number to gather more information.

I am familiar with Kanban board and the actions needed to be taken out of the pending tasks.

I have been handling Email, specifically Gmail, as part of my job. I send, download documents, monitor, reply, and forward emails. Basically, I do what needs to be done inside the website / application.

I am familiar with Canva since I use this application to edit personal materials.
