I am an aspiring virtual assistant transitioning from BPO industry. I was a customer service representative with 3 years and 5 months experience.
I have handled 3 International accounts such as Telecommunications (AT&T) , Financial (Westpac Group), and Utility (Washington Gas).

My main responsibilities from my previous work were the following:
-Taking Inbound calls
-Billing Concerns

My genuine passion for helping others from my extensive experience as a customer service representative fuels my motivation to excel in this role. I possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, which enable me to effectively convey ideas, collaborate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, and build good relationships.
