Profile Description

Experienced in different types of testing such as Functional Testing, Regression Testing, API Testing, Smoke Testing, Performance Testing and User Acceptance Testing.
Handled different projects related to Banking, web applications, Billing process, ETL Web app, and eCommerce website.
Design test plan, scenario and scripts
Execute test cases based on business requirements and technical specifications.
Document software defects using a bug tracking system such as Redmine, Jira and Internal Tracker.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Developer, Business Analyst and Project Manager to identify system requirements
• Monitor debugging process results
• Investigate the causes of non-conforming software
• Track quality assurance metrics like defect densities and open defect counts
• Report, monitor and response in a timely manner the issues reported in the Issue Tracking Tool such as Redmine and Jira.
• Develops and updates QA/Software Testing documentation in an efficient and timely manner according to departmental standards and procedures.
• Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely
and meaningful feedback
• Responsible for performing different kinds of testing such as Functional, Regression, API, Smoke, UAT, and Performance testing
• Basic knowledge in Jmeter, SOAPUI and Postman
• Basic knowledge in Katalon
