I have 6 months experience at a contact center for Tracfone which handles technical stuffs for phones, and a 2 year experience as a Benefit Advocate in the Healthcare Industry. I handle medical claims, pharmacy claims, prior authorization, benefits and eligibility. I managed to graduate as a top advocate during training by performing an excellent job and being capable to handle multiple task at a given time.
