I am a committed Accountant driven by passion. With over 10 years of experience as Account Analyst in the industry, I have had the privilege of  working in the Credit and Collection Department to countries top-tier brands: "The Century Pacific Food Incorporated". My duties and responsibilities mostly involve but not limited to: 
  -  Managing the receivables process, which includes task such as posting, receiving,
     and verifying payments, issuing receipts and preparing statements
 -   Liaises with sales representatives and customers to ensure accurate and prompt         payments.

My role demands the capacity to thrive under pressure and manage substantial workloads, which is complimented by my solid foundation in Accounting. These experience have enhanced my software expertise, sharpened my analytical abilities, and fostered a proactive approach. The demands of my position have also refined my competencies in data entry, organization, time management. collaboration, and meticulous attention to details.

To improve my skills, I undertook the QuickBooks Online Mastery in 30 Days: The Ultimate Bookkeepers Challenge. I manage to real transactions on various e-commerce platforms across different industries through QuickBooks Online. With great attention to detail and precision, I have prepared the financial records of clients in scenarios that include Set-up, Catch-up and Clean-up. 
In QuickBooks online, I can help clients do the following tasks:
  -   Setting-up the company in QuickBooks Online
  -   Configuring Chart of Accounts
  -   Creating sales invoices, bills and debit notes
  -   Applying applicable payments
  -   Auto-linked or manually upload banks and credit card transactions and other  
      payment gateways
  -   Categorizing financial transactions to their appropriate accounts.
  -   Reconciling bank
  -   Preparing Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Statements.

I am also proficient in using SAP/ERP and Xero Cloud-based Accounting Software, as well as other tools such as Canva, Google Sheets, Zoom, Slack, Loom, PayPal, Amazon, and Stripe, among others.
