Branch Operations Assistant and now a Freelancer Bookkeeper and Virtual
assistant directly reports to CEO and company’s directors, most of my works are
in accounting duties, customer and administrative tasks.  

As a Bookkeeper and Virtual assistant, I assist my client in their accounting
admin needs and such as setting up and making sure up to date accounting software
in Quickbooks from uploading their bank transaction & expenses, reconciliation,
categorization, handling AR and AP emails and approving ongoing Aging
transactions. I am dedicated to deliver accurate and timely manner results in
every task given for the comprehensive financial overview of your business,
empowering well-informed decisions with certainty.

Also, I am equipped with different tools and platforms such as Quickbooks |
Google Workspace | Google Drive |SAP | IBM | Google sheets | Slacks | Paypal | Canva | Capcup |Trello | Dropbox | Calendly | Later | Zoom |Google meet | WhatsApp | dPM. And always eager to learn new things and value professional growth.

Setup and/or Maintenance of Quickbooks file including:
-Customized chart of account
-Upload historical transactions from bank data (eg. PDF to CSV)
-Upload Bills and expense/invoices
-Assistance with setup of any bank feeds, as applicable
-Assistance with setup of any necessary third-party integration

Daily bookkeeping including but not limited to the following:
-Records cash receipts/income from your bank deposits
-Records any adjusting entries needed
-Reconciling Bank transactions and credit cards to statements
-Reconcile other balances sheet accounts to underlying records
-Records cash disbursements/expenses from your bank transactions
-Records any interbank transfers
-Creating bills, sales invoices, Credits notes, purchase orders, etc.

Monthly Financial reporting including:
-Balance Sheet
-Profit and Loss statements& Other Accounting Tasks

Versatile Virtual Assistant
-Data entry 

Graphic Design Services:
-Create custom graphics for social media, blogs, and marketing
materials.
-Design logos, business cards, brochures, and branding assets.
-Develop infographics and visual content for presentations or reports.

Content Writing and Editing:
-Write blog posts, product descriptions.
-Edit and proofread written content for clarity and consistency.
-Develop content calendars and strategies for social media or marketing
campaigns.

Video Editing:
-Edit raw footage into professional videos for marketing or
informational use.
-Add text, transitions, music, and effects to enhance video content.
-Create video intros, outros, and animations.
