Profile Description

I have experience in Customer Service (Escalations), Technical Support Tier 2 (High Speed Internet/Mobile&Homephones/Cable TV Services) and Sales. I have also worked online both for full-time and part time for various job posts. My duties vary per client. One of which is being a Virtual Assistant.
Writing has always been my passion. I was a Feature Editor for our school paper way back in high school. I had also work for a publishing company. My work involved copy-writing, providing feedback to authors regarding their manuscripts.
Over the years, I had worked as a ghost-writer, copywriter, content/article/technical writer. During my free time, I either work as a tutor or read a good book.
I am the breadwinner in the family that is why I take my work very seriously as it helps me put food on the table and sustain my family's needs.
I would be the best person for the position you are trying to fill as not only do I have experience, I am also very hard-working, flexible and willing to be trained.
