Payroll handling was part of my work experience. I must pre-audit and compute payroll. I must also ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

I have experienced doing bookkeeping assistance to some businesses while also working as a bookkeeper in the government.

I submit monthly financial statements, oversee that it is in compliance with the company accounting practices and procedures, and also ensure that reports made are confidential under the pressure of tight deadlines.

Claims processing is easy especially when one is well-versed in labor laws and company policies. I had experienced pre-audit and compute claims, bonuses and benefits.

Bank reconciliation always challenge my analytical abilities as this task requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a thorough understanding of accounting principles and banking procedures. I had experienced handling bank reconciliation reports for 2 years in a private company and 3 years in the government.

This role requires familiarity with accounting software platforms, it's a bit challenging though depending on the kind of accounting software is used by a company. I was able to learn them somehow.

I prepare general ledger in reference to the daily financial transactions of the company to serve as the foundation for the company's financial reporting and provide a comprehensive overview of its financial position. This is essentially used in preparing financial statements, analyzing financial performance, and ensuring accuracy in the company's financial records.

I was a Comcast Agent who provides customer service assistance.

I am well versed in using Google Sheets, MS Word, Excel since thiss has been a friendly tool especially in doing bookkeeping and accounting reports.
