I've been in the BPO Industry for almost 8 years. Throughout my time working my in previous employers, I refined my abilities to help clients with a range of questions and concerns. I have proven that I can provide excellent service while quickly resolving issues, whether it is by responding to billing inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, or providing support with health plan inquiries.
