I Graduated with Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, major in Animal Science, from Central Bicol State University of Agriculture.
I started working as an Office Staff in LGU and got the opportunity to handle paperwork for liquidations, data entry of procurement, and arrange seminars for the local community. I was able also to practice my degree by vaccinating pets and conducting seminars for awareness. I've also had a chance to work in Polytrade Sales in Services (owned by San Miguel Food Inc.) as a Material Comptroller which I am responsible for the incoming and outgoing Inventory of packaging materials in Dressing Plant. My task is to ensure that before the start of the operations I was able to conduct inspections of the materials and submit a time to time report to balance the Gross Daily Production. I was able also to work in a TELCO Company such as Vodafone and AT&T where I handled bill and sales queries, payment arrangement, technical issues, and other related bill concerns. I also had a chance to work in the airline industry called Jetstar which we catered Australia and New Zealand for more than 5 years and handled inbound, outbound, and chat support in the sales department. We book domestic and international flights, we handle escalations/complaints, and track records for passengers who are affected by delays, reschedules, and cancellations. As part of my growing career, I was given a chance to have a remote experience as a part-time job in which I handled US parking slots ensuring a seamless parking experience.
