Provide phone, email, or even on-site support to clients experiencing software or hardware problems with their point-of-sale system. Maintain a log of all communications with employees, handle their accounts, and file documentations.
Experience: 2 - 5 years
Handle customer complaints and answer inquiries on the account, such as bills, payments, plans, and Tier 1 troubleshooting for mobile phone services, fiber optic internet, cable, and landlines. Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives to resolve the issue. Maintain a log of all communications with customers, handle their accounts, and file documentation. Completing customers’s requests for orders, upgrades, and new services.
