Profile Description

I have been a Customer Retention Specialist for more than three years now with the biggest telecommunications company in Canada. My main task includes reducing customer churn by solving their problems and finding innovative ways to retain our existing customers. It revolves around creating a positive customer experience environment and resolving customer complaints as they arise. Our team was responsible for shaping the way customers view our company's brand.
Prior to this, I have also been working as a Customer Service Representative with a US Telco account. I have been handling multiple requests such as making changes on customer's products and services, answering bill inquiries, and upselling.
